Not just delicious, meatloaf is also easy, and inexpensive to make.
For the meat part of your meatloaf, pure ground beef might be the standard, but you can also use any combination of ground beef, pork, turkey, veal, lamb, chicken, or venison.
Adding fresh or dry bread crumbs, crushed crackers, rolled oats, can extend your meat.
With these additions, a
small amount of meat, can feed a large number of people.
Marvelous Meatloaf freezes well, in freezer bags or aluminum foil.
This mixture can also be shaped into patties and cooked on a grill.
Rolled, cut, and shaped into meatballs, or crumbled for sauces.
Required:
For quick and easy:
1 pack Marvelous Meatloaf Mix
2 lbs of your favorite ground meat, normally beef
2 eggs
1/8 cup water
Then follow directions
For using with extender use:
1 pack Marvelous Meatloaf Mix
1 1/
2 lbs of your favorite ground meat
2 eggs
1/4 cup water or milk
Use ONE of these extenders:
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup dry plain bread crumbs
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
3 slices cubed bread
1 cup fine cracker crumbs
Optional meatloaf toppings:
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the egg, water, Marvelous Meatloaf Mix, and extender, if used.
Add your ground meat and mix well.
On a large piece of heavy duty foil, form meat mixture into a 14-in. x 8-in. rectangle.
Roll up, jelly roll style, starting with a short side, and peeling foil away while rolling.
Seal seam and flatten ends.
Transfer to a microwave safe 9-in. x 5-in. x 3-in. loaf pan.

Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 12 minutes, then drain.
Continue cooking on 50% power for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
In a bowl, combine optional toppings, pour over meat loaf.
Microwave, uncovered, on high for 2 minutes.
Cover loosely with foil let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Take out of pan and serve with potatoes or noodles.
Marvelously
easy and delicious.
Leftover Marvelous Meatloaf, let cool and slice for sandwiches.
Please Note:
As each microwave oven is a little different, adjust times accordingly.
Smaller wattage ovens, should run at 100% power.
Most modern microwave ovens rotate,
if yours dose not turn, rotate manually, a 1/2 turn every few minutes.
