| Recipes that call for salt and pepper, omit them, and use the same combined quantity of, Kajun King Kwickee. |
| Use Kajun King Kwickee in cooking scrambled eggs, in a custom omelet, or on poached eggs. Amount of powder used varies with desired heat level. Just replace Salt and Pepper. |
| Cajun Burger. Place on or mix in a generous portion of Kajun King Kwickee to ground beef, turkey or veggie burger and set aside for a few minutes, then grill away. Place the usual fixings like a slice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onions, or pickles, then enjoy. |
| Make a quick Cajun dip or dressing. Mix 1 tsp. Kajun King Kwickee more or less to taste, with 1/4 cup mayo, or whip dressing. Mix till smooth, enjoy. Great on french fry's, chips, or lather on cooked chicken or fish. |
| Spicy Mashed Yams. (you can use any style sweet potato) For two people, take two yams and bake them. Then peel them or leave the skins on. Place in a bowl and add 1 TBS of butter/margarine, 2 - 4 t of Kajun King Kwickee (Depending on how spicy you would like it.) add a splash of Spiced Rum (1/2oz) and 1oz pineapple juice. MASH AWAY! |
| Kajun King Beans. Dice a Spanish onion, two cups of green Chile peppers (sweet or hot) and one clove garlic. Place all in a pot with a little oil. Cook them until translucent. Add a can of your favorite Beans, or 2 cups fresh Beans, and 1/4 t. of Kajun King Kwickee. Cook slowly until it's warm. Top with grated cheddar, and Spike with Kajun King Louisiana Lava Sauce. |
| Kajun Hot Chilly. Red kidney beans, onions, tomatoes, peppers, meat of your choice, and Kajun King Kwickee. Sear the meat, add the veggies and beans. Top off with some cheese and Kajun King Louisiana Lava Sauce . |
| Kwickee Pork Loin. 8oz pork loin covered with Kajun King Kwickee, Rub on all sides. 1 teaspoon per pound, refrigerate for an hour. Place meat on a flat sheet pan and cook under the broiler till done. The rub will give a sweet slightly smoke flavor with a hint of heat. |
Cajun King Salmon : |
| Rub Kajun King Kwickee onto your favorite center cut, or pork loin for at least 1 hour. Cook on the grill, saute, or broil. Yuuummm. |
| King Pheasant: Marinade in lemon brown sugar, and Kajun King Kwickee for at least a day. Bake it for a caramelized King Pheasant. Top with a touch of Kajun King Louisiana Lava Sauce to finish. |
Cold Fighter Soup. |
| Kajun King Fish. A marinade for any meaty fish great for the grill. Per Steak or Fillet take 1/2 cup Spanish onion small diced, teaspoon of fresh lime juice (1/4 lime), 1 clove crushed garlic, and 1 TBS Kajun King Kwickee, combine together to marinade the fish. Let sit for at least 30 minuets. |
